Robert B. Miller, Senior Executive Vice President - Business Development, Calnetix, Inc.
Bob is a pioneer in the Combined Heat and Power industry and has more than 40 years of experience developing state-of-the-art solutions for on-site power production, HVAC, and waste heat recovery systems. He was the founder of Intelligent Solutions, Inc., a firm dedicated to the on-site power industry that was acquired by what is now Progress Energy in 1992. It was later acquired by Amerada Hess Corporation and renamed Hess MicroGen, which became the leader in the on-site power industry in applications under one megawatt under his leadership. Bob has successfully started, grown, and sold four companies throughout his career in the on-site power industry and continues to be one of the foremost authorities in the industry.
Brad Garner, Chief Executive Officer, Calnetix, Inc.
Brad joined Calnetix as Chief Operating Officer in March 2007. He currently holds the position of President and CEO at Calnetix (www.calnetix.com) and serves as the CEO for Calnetix Power Solutions. He has over 20 years experience in senior management and leadership roles in engineering, operations and sales disciplines in both the public and private sector. Prior to joining Calnetix, Mr. Garner was the COO of IMPCO Technologies, Inc. where he was instrumental in the profitable growth and global expansion of the company. Mr. Garner also has extensive experience successfully managing mergers and acquisitions globally and in developing commercial relationships with international distributors and original equipment manufacturers.
Vatche Artinian, Chairman, Calnetix, Inc.
As a co-founder of Calnetix, Vatche has 20 years of experience in the industry, including successfully founding and selling two start-up companies. He has developed and managed product lines at Allied Signal and Honeywell Corporations. Vatche holds an MBA from The University of Southern California, an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from USC, and a B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from California State Polytechnic University.
